Each and every staff member, including the owner, are very kind and considerate. They made sure I got exactly what I wanted even during this difficult time. They are so kind and happy all the time, truly a great experience. The music playing over the speakers was immaculate. The store is very clean and easy to find everything they offer. Very good frozen yogourt here Interesting choice of flavours and topping Pleasant terrace
Ordered 2 cookies and 1 cookie wasn’t fully cooked. After alerting the manager I was told, “Oh that’s just how we cook our cookies”, despite the other cookie being fully done. When I asked to exchange, I was told “No, you’ll have to buy another.” I had heard great things and I was extremely disappointed with my food and service.
