5 years agoEach and every staff member, including the owner, are very kind and considerate. They made sure I got exactly what I wanted even during this difficult time. They are so kind and happy all the time, truly a great experience. The music playing over the speakers was immaculate. The store is very clean and easy to find everything they offer. I will definitely be coming back many times in the near future. Thank you guys for your beautiful customer service!

6 years agoOrdered 2 cookies and 1 cookie wasn’t fully cooked. After alerting the manager I was told, “Oh that’s just how we cook our cookies”, despite the other cookie being fully done. When I asked to exchange, I was told “No, you’ll have to buy another.” I had heard great things and I was extremely disappointed with my food and service.

6 years agoThe food there is really good with so many options to choose from. The only thing I experienced that was bad is that is a little overpriced and can be a bit unorganized when busy. I love the decorations that make you want to come in. This is a place I would go back to and would recommend though.

7 years agoThe soft serve was not very flavorful; except for the coffee-flavored soft serve, it was an odd flavor, too bitter and had a smoky taste. Recognizing we were there as the season winds down, but the selection of soft serve and toppings were not good. The employees were appropriately helpful.

7 years agoMy daughter and I liked our dessert well enough, a 7 layer bar that we shared between the two of us. The young woman who helped us wasn't particularly friendly, but not rude. The decor is very colorful and whimsical, somewhat made us think of Willy Wonka. For as much competition as there is on Front Street among restaurants, friendlier/cheerier service would go a long way in ensuring a return visit.

Edited 6 years agoI have been to SugarKissed a few times and I really enjoyed it. I love the vanilla frozen yogurt, it is smooth and creamy. There is seating inside and enough room to fit a small family. The pricing is based on the weight of the serving. I am giving this two stars because of it's hours of operation and that when the restaurant was closed they didn't update their listing online.

8 years agoI love this place! The store is really cute. The employees were vey nice and welcoming. They have beautiful treats and awesome toppings. They are all very fresh. I wish they had one in the town I just moved to. I will definitely make it a point to come back here anytime I visit TC. I visited on a Saturday during cherry festival and was happy to see they were opened until 10pm. Give it a try... it's wonderful!!
